Collective Worship Council
Collective Worship Council
The Collective Worship Council plays an important role in the spiritual life of our school. Working together, the council helps to plan and lead collective worship, ensuring it is inclusive, invitational and inspiring for everyone in our community.
Members of the council help to prepare resources, choose themes, and support worship that reflects and upholds the school’s vision and values. They encourage reflection, respect and participation, making sure that collective worship is meaningful and welcoming to all, regardless of background or belief.
The council also plans and performs outdoor services for the extended school family, creating opportunities for parents, carers and the wider community to come together in worship. In addition, they support the local food larder, organising collections and taking donations to the local church, helping to put compassion and service into action.
Through their leadership, the Collective Worship Council helps collective worship remain a thoughtful, engaging and valued part of school life.
