Welton St Mary’s Church of England Primary Academy receives its funding directly from the Department for Education (DfE).  Additional funding  is received for

• Higher Needs Special Education Needs provision
• Children eligible  for pupil premium funding
• PE and Sports.

Academy trusts must comply with the Academies Financial handbook as a condition of their funding agreement. It provides an overarching framework for implementation of effective financial management and control.
